Day 5: A book that makes you happy
Memories of My Melancholy Whores By Gabriel García Márquez.
Even though I'm not fan of most of his works and out of all of his books I've read I only liked 3 or 4. This one is so, so, soooo beautiful. I could read it over and over and over and I will always find something more.
And, at the end of the book there is one of my favorite quotes of all times:
“Do you think she’ll agree?”
“Ah, my sad scholar, it’s all right for you to be old but not an asshole,” Rosa Cabarcas, said with laughter. “That poor creature’s head over heels in love with you.”
